Our bespoke website and sector website packages are invoiced 50% deposit at the time of ordering, payment can be made by cheque, BACs or PayPal. Work will begin on receipt of your deposit and the remaining 50% will be payable on completion.

When ordering printed items (on their own) through our website we require full payment at the time of ordering. Website payments are currently taken through PayPal – you don’t need a PayPal account, you can pay direct via all major debit and credit cards.

It will vary depending on how large your website is and whether you are selling on-line or not. As a guide, we aim to complete our smaller websites within 1-2 weeks but an e-commerce website (on-line shop) will take approximately 4-5 weeks.
Don’t worry, all is not lost! We will design a fabulous logo for a small fee. We’ve included the option to buy a logo design within all of our website packages. Your logo is invaluable, it sets the tone and speaks volumes about your business. Don’t risk giving customers the wrong impression, simply add it to your order and leave it to the professionals.
We have access to an extensive stock photography library which we can purchase images from on your behalf. The average cost is £10 per photo (this can vary depending on size and subject matter). We also work with a bunch of fantastic professional photographers if you feel you need a more personal approach.
Yes. Our secure on-line administration area is very user friendly and we factor ‘ease of use’ into every website we build. On completion of your website we will supply you with a user manual and should you have any queries whatsoever a member of the team will be on hand to help.
It’s easy to make changes to your website. Our friendly admin area is the perfect tool to edit your website as your content changes. Amending text is as easy as 1,2,3… simply select the text, over type it or delete it and save your changes. You will also have the facility to upload your own photos, PDFs and insert videos.
Yes, we test all of our websites in the leading browsers to ensure that they work.
Yes, all of our website are built for optimal viewing across desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones.
When your website goes live (an exciting time for everyone!) you will receive login details for your administration area along with a user manual to enable you to update your own content. We’ll also help you to set up any email accounts that you’ve asked for. When you are happy that you have everything you need it’s time to spreading the news that your business is on-line.
After your first 12 months of hosting with us you will receive an invoice for the following 12 months – simply pay us within 14 days to keep your website live.
